The doctors and staff are extremely nice and genuinely care about you and your health. They take the time to get to know you and any problem or issue you are having. They are also very knowledgeable and explain things in a way that are easy to understand.

The staff at Heritage Eye Care is excellent. Everyone is very warm and friendly. Being new to the are and a first time patient, Dr. Luu took the necessary time to talk with me an conduct a very thorough exam. They have a large selection of frames and Marie (Optical Manager) was so easy to deal with. No pressure, just extremely helpful.

Dr. Luu is excellent. Great with children…very comforting, encouraging and offers explanations for what she is doing. We’ve also seen Dr Yoakum and again would rate him excellent with both adults and children. I would highly recommend this practice. Dr. Stone is the best eye doctor I have seen. I have vision impairment and she is quite knowledgeable on all aspects of my issues. She takes the time to answer questions thoroughly. The opticians (I’ve dealt with Courtney and Marie) are excellent.

Dr. Yoakum is simply the best. Very thorough and thoughtful. Everyone in the practice is very friendly and professional. Courtney is the most knowledgeable optician I have ever had with helping to choose frames and fitting glasses. I highly recommend Dr. Yoakum and this practice.
